findea-online is an online application developed for Findea AG that reproduces different aspects of trusteeship online.
The trustee area includes client and task administration, which tells the trustee, which task is next to be performed for which of its clients. Moreover direct working hours can be measured by client and subsequently used in invoice creation. Statistics help the management to gain an overview of different branches and their employees and to plan capacities across all branches.
Each client receives a login via which they can access their relevant data from any location at any time. The portal also allows the client to securely exchange messages with their client advisor and see their actual availability.
